POINTS OVERVIEW

  • All quarterly points earned are yours, even if the following quarter's performance doesn't meet the target.

​

  • Any unused Galleher points will be forfeited.
     

  • Galleher points cannot be used to upgrade air travel to first-class.
     

  • Galleher reserves the right to adjust Galleher points due to substantial swings in quarterly purchases.

 

  • Galleher points are non-transferable, have no monetary value and are non-refundable.

PROGRAM CONCLUSION

  • EARNING INCENTIVE POINTS HAS CONCLUDED

​​

  • At this time, your point options are as follows:

​

  • All accumulated points are used for Galleher's Iceland Trip.

 

  • Purchase additional buy-in points if you have reached 9,250 points

​

  • Forfeit all accumulated points. (Excluding Promotion Plus points and Galleher growth points on Iceland 2023 trip).

 

  • Galleher events are prepaid and cannot be reimbursed if you choose not to participate. 

 

  • Promotion valid for Group Departure Dates only.

POINTS OVERVIEW

​

  • Galleher reserves the right to cancel this Incentive Program at any time. (In such a case, all Promotion Plus Points will be credited back to your account).

​

  • Your account must be current with Galleher to redeem points.

​

  • Special orders, i.e., truckload purchases and special low-profit sales, may be excluded at Galleher's discretion.

​

  • In rare circumstances, Galleher reserves the right to set quarterly targets above the prior year's quarterly sales.

​

  • No 1099 tax form will be issued. Reporting of any taxes due are the
    responsibility of the recipient.

​

  • Galleher reserves the right to change any destination, hotel, schedule, trip conditions and/or increase point requirements due to factors beyond its control.

​

  • Any customer who misses their flight will not receive reimbursement or any type of compensation.

​

  • Travel on Galleher's Incentive Program is open only to employees and their dependents of the enrolled customers.  Galleher's management must approve any guest substitution(s).

​

  • Galleher assumes no liability for illness/injury suffered by any customer or quest.

​

  • Cancellations within 60 days of departure are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100%.

​

  • All air tickets & hotel rooms are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable.
