HERE ARE THE RULES
EARNING POINTS IS EASY

Accrue points starting July 1, 2023 thru December 31, 2024

Upon enrollment, you will be given a quarterly target (equal to your prior year’s sales for that exact quarter).

After each quarter of the promotion, for every dollar purchased above that target, you will receive 2% of the overage in travel points toward this trip.

New customers to Galleher will be given a minimum target set by Galleher after you enroll.

All airfare provided is Coach Class. A travel credit may be applied if you chose to book your own upgraded air.

Deviations to air schedules are not allowed.
-
ALL airfare seat upgrades or flight deviations must be booked independently (an air travel credit will be issued).
PROMOTION PLUS
Don’t want to miss this adventure? Promotion Plus guarantees you won’t be left waiting at the dock. You choose between a set monthly amount, OR a percentage over bill amount. These up-charge amounts will be automatically added to your regular Galleher Incentives Points earned and will be reflected each quarter on your notification updates.
ALL accumulated Promotion Plus Points are always yours to keep or you can roll them into current/future programs.
BUY-IN OPTION IS AVAILABLE WITH A 3,600 POINT MINIMUM
Earned Galleher points and/or Promotion Plus money can be combined to reach 3,600 points. Any additional points needed would be paid to Galleher at $1.00 = 1 point.
POINTS OVERVIEW

All quarterly points earned are yours, even if the following quarter's performance doesn't meet the target

Any unused Galleher points will be forfeited

Galleher points are non-transferable, have no monetary value and are non-refundable

Galleher points cannot be used to upgrade air travel to first-class

Galleher reserves the right to adjust Galleher points due to substantial swings in quarterly purchases
PROGRAM CONCLUSION

All accumulated points are used for Galleher's Viva Paradise cruise.

You may purchase additional buy-in points (if you have reached 3,600 points-minimum)

Forfeit all accumulated points (excluding Promotion Plus points)

Galleher events are prepaid and cannot be reimbursed if you choose not to participate

Promotion valid for Group Departure Dates only
ADMINISTRATION INFORMATION

Galleher reserves the right to cancel this Incentive Program at any time. (In such a case, all Promotion Plus Points will be credited back to your account).

Your account must be current with Galleher to redeem points.

Special orders (i.e., truckload purchases and special low-profit sales) may be excluded at Galleher's discretion.

In rare circumstances, Galleher reserves the right to set quarterly targets above the prior year's quarterly sales.

No 1099 tax form will be issued. Reporting of any taxes due are the responsibility of the recipient.

Galleher reserves the right to change any destination, hotel, schedule, trip conditions and/or increase point requirements due to factors beyond its control.

Any customer who misses their flight will not receive reimbursement or any type of compensation.

Travel on Galleher's Incentive Program is open only to employees and their dependents of the enrolled customers. Galleher's management must approve any guest substitution(s).

Galleher assumes no liability for illness/injury suffered by any customer or guest.

Cancellations within 60 days of departure are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100%.

All air tickets & hotel rooms are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable.
